As my boss will always say if there is any thing that motivates him is "Making Money"
As for me there is almost no better motivation out there than make money or should I say making more money. I'm not saying making money will make you happy or money is the most vital thing in life. Far be it. To be sincere with you money has nothing to do with watches, or fancy clothes or cars.
To make money means to have financial
security, and it also means freedom in the choices and being able to
live that life the way you want it.
When I say making money is the motivation, I'm not talking about having to make more of money but what if you make it more?

Photographer it will motivate you the more. The first time I started
making money online as a photographer it was as a wow! I was living
check to check. I started a blog and I placed an affiliate link, I
advertised and created a Conner for girls of the week, before i even run
Adsense program on it. I remember when I started making 200 Naira a day
I was excited. Sure a day isn't much but 200 Naira a day is 1400
Naira a week. That's 5600 Naira a month. That's not enough to make you
rich but it will pay some phone bill, pay transport fare or fill your
gas jar or will take you out on a fun.

photographer, when you start making a day 1000 Naira it is not a far to
tell yourself if I can make 1000 Naira a day, now your making a month
will be 30,000 Naira, Once you get to that mark, it is not a far to make
1500 Naira a day and that will winds up to being 45,000 Naira a month.
Now do you see the "real" money. Some photographers have to take a
part-time work to bring in that additional amount of money each month to
make it up to it and now you are able to make that in your leisure time
doing something exciting, writing a blog post, vlogging on a Youtub,
affiliating, promotional and selling of product like photo, ebook and
rendering services etc.
I'm a biggest fan of promoting and pushing ideas that it's necessary have more than 1 stream of income. You need to create multiple ways to make more money online. For two main reasons.
There
are many ways to make money online, first it require a third party be
it Youtube, Amazon, Adsense, an Affiliate program. When a 3rd party is
involved really nothing is secure. 3rd party could stop you from their
site, they could change a payout terms and policy. The point I am making
here is that it is not totally in your control. For instance Jumia
deactivate your account or stop you, your business is done. But If you
have other things doing and other projects to move onto, and you have
other streams of a income.
The 2nd reason you want to
have more than one stream of income is because it gives you more of a
chance of good success. They say 90% out of 100 businesses fail right?
So if you start 100 businesses your bound to succeed in 10. I say this
somewhat in joke.
About seven years ago I started with
advertising. After some years, I kind of thinking it was a nonsense
business model and I abandoned it for some years. Now here I sit today
and I have increased my skills and learned more about driving more
traffic & selling and now I love advertising again.
The
same thing hapened to me with Executive Magazine Publishing. I started
off a 3 years back, was really like a mess and it wasn't bringing me in
the type of money I really wanted, so I abandoned it behind. Now after
some years and I'm like loving being a Executive Magazine Publisher and
also bringing in some good money with it.
The point I'm
making here is that, when you first lunch out you don't really know what
you are capable at. You don't know what you will enjoy, and were you
will have success with so by doing and trying a number of different ways
of making good money your more likely to hit success and more likely to
hit what works..
Before I shutdown my laptop, I have to
let you understand when I say multiple stream of making money it can
also mean trying multiple means to monetize your activity. As I will
tell my friend, if you start a blog or Youtube channel about a subject,
I'll say hoverboards as example. You can make more money off monetizing
your Youtube videos and also by running advertisements on your blog
/website posts, and you can also incorporate affiliate ads on you blog
as well. That is, all-in-that-one-activity you have been able found 4
channel to monetize that activity.
Dear photographer,
making money motivates me or I will say making more money motivates me.
There is no better day to start making the money than today, so you can
get something rolling.
Freelancing on Fiverr, join a few
affiliate programs, selling on istock , start a blog, create a Youtube
channel and see if it will work.
Mind is working, yours can work.
