As my boss will always say if there is any thing that motivates him is "Making Money"

As for me there is almost no better motivation out there than make money or should I say making more money. I'm not saying making money will make you happy or money is the most vital thing in life. Far be it. To be sincere with you money has nothing to do with watches, or fancy clothes or cars.

To make money means to have financial security, and it also means freedom in the choices and being able to live that life the way you want it.
