Customer
are everywhere, new ones emerge every day. As a matter of fact getting better
customer is better said than done, for you to break into the labour market and
get customer you need trusted, sacrifice and value.
But do you know that you may have little knowledge of what you are doing but you have a network that amounts to millions. That’s how I started, I didn’t have good knowledge of photography but the photo business is what I’m good at, how?
I’m not just an image maker but a business photographer, I don’t just do it for fun, I do it to make millions, it doesn’t disturb me if you think I’m a lover of money. Friends, money rules the world, more customer more money, I can guarantee you.
For you to get more good customers means you are ready to get more money, how?
CARE FOR THEM
Nobody
knows you or care for you until you care for them – Look for them. They are
everywhere, some may know what they want but may not know where and who to get
it. As long as I know, many customers need someone who will be able to convince
them. Let them know that you know what they are looking for.
MAKE NOICE
If
you don’t say something people will not know that you know it.
Advert
takes 50% profit of a new photography business. Some people are very dull in advertising
their business, they believe it’s a waste of money and time.
Take
a good look at MTN, GLO or Dangote Cement, they keep doing advert everyday even
with their popularity. Advert tells people what you do and how you do it. I can
tell you that you will never grow fast if you ignore advertisement.
How
do you get to know them? Meet your community, church, mosque and organization,
tell them that you have a service that they may be looking for elsewhere.

* Getting a call card is important, give people one on one, hope that is simple.
* Go online, tell friends through social media and email. Don’t waste time chatting or twitting what will not add value to your business.
* Print flyers and distribute flyers of your business at strategic positions.
* TV/ RADIO Jingles. It drives traffic

Text messaging. You have contacts in your phone who will look for your services
someday. Inform them on what services you are providing
GIVE FREE TRIAL
When I started my
photography business, I gave friends and family free services just for them to
know the job in into, whereby the recommend me to others customers. Free trial
is not just free, but it gives you free access to people you may not believe
they will call you for services.
GIVE DISCOUNT
Many Nigerians like
free things. Give them a little of your services with discount, get it back in
another service.
CONTACT
Always
call every customer that comes your way, make relationship with them. Old
customers will always be there, tell them your new development, products and
services. Don’t forget old customers will always have new events, don’t ignore
their contact. One old customer is better than 1,000 unknown new customers,
always get close to them.
If you have 10 good customers a month, you will have 20 new customers in 2 months.

REFERRALS
Always
appreciate and acknowledge every old customer that refers someone. Bring out a referral
package (services). I could remember I opened a referral bonus in my business
that says “bring two people in one month and get 20% of their money”. That was
a super marketing strategy I can recommend to any new business that wants to
fly into millions. Yours may not be 20%.
BUILD TRUST
Trust
is all what you need to get and keep new and old customers. Trust is powerful
than prayer and fasting. One wrong impression can make you miss ten potential
customers.
The day I understood “Integrity “that was when I knew what business is. If you don’t have trust forget about photography business. Before I give you money for services I have to know that you will deliver. Buying goods is easier, paying for services is difficult. For someone ready to pay for services he needs some level of trust that you will deliver the services
